I so happy to finally to announce the release of my new Notion template, Life Matrix. This project took me 5 years to develop and I’m so excited to finally share it with the world.

5 years ago I was an overweight workaholic with no work/life balance. But when you start to measure something, the behavior of what you're measuring will change.
